Lauren Letellier joined Fleishman-Hillard’s New York healthcare group in 1996. An award-winning specialist in pharmaceutical healthcare and consumer health marketing, she has worked at leading global public relations agencies in senior positions for more than two decades. In addition to her client service role, Ms. Letellier is Deputy Group Manager and Director of Operations for the New York Healthcare Group.
She is a creative and analytical thinker who has been instrumental in helping her clients formulate communications strategies, launch and position products and services, extend brands, grow sales, form third-party alliances, deal with crises and manage issues that impact their businesses. A hallmark of Ms. Letellier’s career has been her work in the consumer health area, where her approach to blending branding and science has paid off for many clients whose products exist at the intersection of healthcare and consumer package goods.
A founding member of FH Boom, Ms. Letellier has spoken at industry conferences and in academic settings about Baby Boomers, healthcare communications, consumer public relations, and crisis and issues management. She is a member of the Agency Marketing Committee of the Council of Public Relations. She graduated with honors and a B.A. in English and education from the University of New Hampshire.
