The AIA found that 74 percent of its members reported their clients had increased their interest in those types of home features this year.”

I am 60 going on 80; For aging male baby-boomers, it's time for a reality check
David Martin
The Globe and Mail
May 4, 2007
Overview: Martin reflects on male baby boomers and aging. He shares, “They say 60 is the new 40 for men. I wish I knew who ‘they’ were because as I rapidly approach the new 40, it feels an awful lot like the old 60 to me. Not that I'm complaining. For the most part, I have my health, including the majority of my mental faculties. But to pretend that I have the vim and vigour of a man 20 years my junior is at best laughable and at worst delusional.”
