Baby Boomer Woman Overcome Barriers

Additionally, the segment introduces Donna Sollenberger, who began her career as a grocery store clerk, but is now president and CEO of University of Wisconsin-Madison Hospitals and Clinics. Sollenberger addresses the ongoing struggle of women in the corporate world. "A lot of women my age, we're paving a way, striking a work/life balance, trying to figure out how to make it all work." The segment concludes with the recognition of famous boomer women including Hillary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, Condoleezza Rice and Katie Couric.
